Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what users may and may not do on BirrClass. It supplements but does not replace our Terms of Service.
2. Allowed Content
Educational content including religious instruction, academic subjects, professional skills, and personal development. Content must be lawful in the entity's and learners' jurisdictions.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not publish: hate speech, harassment, sexual content, violent extremism, weapons instruction, illegal drugs, malware, doxxing, or content that infringes another's intellectual property.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: attempt to access unauthorized data, scrape or crawl the platform, conduct payment fraud, create fake accounts, spam other users, or attempt to disrupt service.
5. Reporting
Report violations via the "Report" button on any class/profile/review, or email abuse@birrclass.tld. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours and act within 7 days.
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in: content removal, account warning, temporary suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of pending payouts, and referral to law enforcement.
7. Appeals
Suspended users may appeal within 14 days by emailing appeals@birrclass.tld. Appeals are reviewed by a senior moderator not involved in the original decision.
